ABOUT NB9
NB9 International Football Academy was established in 2005 by former Australian Youth International and professional footballer, Nick Bosevski. Nick’s aim was to offer development, mentoring and the nurturing of young football players. NB9 emphasises the development of skills and provides young aspiring players a pathway from Grassroots, Junior, Youth and Senior football.
Nick’s coaching clinics were initially held where he began his football career, at Carss Park FC in Sydney. He introduced a skills based training program for their junior players. He continues his work there as coach in the development of talented players.
In 2008, Nick was approached by the Canterbury Junior Football Club in the Canterbury District in Sydney to coach the championship winning Under 9 squad. His coaching ability and techniques were soon recognised as cutting edge and successful. NB9 affiliated with Canterbury Junior Football Club in 2009 and implemented a Grassroots training program for junior players. Nick has since formed many successful playing squads and as a result has seven (7) dedicated squads in Canterbury Junior Football Club from Under 8 to Under 12. Nick is also coaching the Sydney Olympic Under 16 squad.
Due to the success of these training squads, Nick has utilised his professional contacts to introduce European Football Tours for his academy squads. NB9 will be conducting a tour to Italy in 2010 playing against World renowned Clubs such as AS Roma, AC Milan, Atalanta FC, AC Chievo Verona and Brescia FC.
NB9 is proud to announce it is affiliated with Genova International School of Soccer (G.I.S.S) in Italy and with prestigious Italian Football Club, AS Roma. Furthermore, NB9 has formed a close working relationship with Entourage Football Services Manager, Ante Alilovic.
NB9 Football Academy caters for all levels of football talent with the aim of providing enjoyment, high quality training, player development and a gateway for elite players wishing to be professional footballlers.
